Bookings &
Customer Service
Our site office team is home to colleagues who handle all incoming bookings and guest queries before, during and after their stay with us. You will deal with enquiries from as simple as what’s included in the accommodation through to booking amendments and cancellations.
Qualifications and experience
No formal qualifications are required for the majority of roles within this department. However, all Operatives need to display excellent communication and customer service skills, a degree of patience and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Hours
We offer full and part-time contracts (on a seasonal basis), including family-friendly shifts!
Housekeeping
As part of the housekeeping team, you will be responsible for making sure our facilities and guest accommodation are maintained and cleaned. We pride ourselves on our glowing reviews we receive and the housekeeping team are essential to maintaining the standard that our guests expect across all areas of the park.

Grounds &
Maintenance
A role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for maintaining the holiday park grounds, assisting the head groundsman with landscaping and maintenance tasks. A job that’s very rewarding, as you’ll be able to see all of your hard work come to life.
